Genres: Adult, Contemporary, Sweet & Sexy Stalker Romance

Dating is difficult for someone like me.
I’m obsessive, arrogant, and rude.
This means I must be creative when bedding a woman.
I learn what I can about her through whatever means necessary.
Some call it stalking. I call it clever research.
It gets me what I want and when I want it.
When I get bored, I move on.
My system works like a charm…
Until a little ray of SUNSHINE shows up.

***

Dating is nonexistent for me.
I’m quirky, silly, and inexperienced.
This means my romantic life is certainly lacking.
I don’t date because no one’s interested.
Some say I’m an independent woman who doesn’t need a man.
But I know I’m on the fast track to becoming a lonely cat lady.
How many cats are too many cats anyway?
My boring world stays that way…
Until my future stepmother’s STALKER shows up.

Book Blitz: Torn - Melody Anne

Title: Torn
Series: Torn #1

Author: Melody Anne

Genre: Romance

Release Date: April 30, 2018

Blurb

I understand how adultery happens. I know, your first thought is “Of
course you can — you’re a cheater.” That’s true, but that’s certainly not the whole
story.
That’s always what a cheater says, right? Once again, you are correct. If
you’re looking for a typical romance, then run — run far.
After ten years of marriage I realized my husband barely touched me anymore.
There was the obligational monthly sex, but even that was starting to fizzle. I
was twenty-nine and he was thirty-two. We should’ve been doing it like bunnies,
night and day, or at least a couple times a week, to be more realistic. But
that hadn’t happened in years.
It didn’t hit me until I’d been gone a couple of weeks. Then when I got home we
both fell asleep that night, me snuggled up against his back like we always
slept. But that’s all we did. We just … slept.
No big deal you say?
Wrong. It was a very big deal.
It was the night I realized we had a real problem.
I have a choice to make, but I'm so torn. Do I stay where I'm at or do I go
with Kaden, with the man who's showing me I still have a lot to live for
...

Book Review: Sundays are for Hangovers - K Webster and JD Hollyfield

Title Sundays are for Hangovers
Author K Webster and JD Hollyfield
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Publish date May 21, 2018

For nearly a year, they’ve been at war.

Cops. Forks. Eggs.

Two feuding neighbors who couldn’t be more opposite, forced to live next door to one another.

Neither is backing down.

She drives him crazy with her loud nineties rap music.

He gets under her skin the way he obsesses over his stupid perfect lawn.

She fantasizes about having sex with the hot nerd—but with duct tape over his dumb mouth.

He has dirty dreams of the bombshell beauty where he bangs the crazy right out of her—nightmares of course.

Anger isn’t the only thing heating up between these two.

They think this is a battle only one of them can win…

The growing attraction between them, though, seems to be far more stubborn than the two of them combined.

K Webster and JD Hollyfield together is undoubtedly hilarious. This is the fourth book (first three are part of the series) of them that I read. And I don't think I'll ever get tired of it.

The story line is good with those ups and downs. I like the twists and climax and how they were placed in the whole plot. It's not the typical love story that I get to read and it is entertaining. I also liked how the story played out with the family. Not the usual family resolution on most books. And I liked it.

I also liked the characters combination. The most unlikely pair but complementing all the same. I liked how Lilith wanted to break out of the shell her parents made of her but respects them as much as she could at the same time. I like how Will tries to be a better person for himself and the people who cares for him.

Overall, I'd give this 4 out of 5 stars. I did enjoy the whole shebang, I just wished it has more heart wrenching scenes.
