Pearson is the third book on the Four Fathers series and is written by K Webster.
I've never been a fan of Taboo stories but somehow, when it's written by K Webster, I tend to change my opinion. So it's a bit disappointing for me not to be able to connect to this book. I normally loved K's work, even the taboo ones, but for some reason, I haven't really enjoyed how the story flowed and how things unfold. It seems too fast for my liking. I think the only thing I liked about the story is how it intertwines with the other books. Although it is said that the series was a standalone, It still shows a little of the other characters that may home you of how the other stories ended.
Eric, I'm assuming, was supposed to be portrayed as an alpha male. Although he acts a little domineering, I didn't really see him as a good alpha character. But he does take care of what is his so, that should be a start. Rowan is okay. Nothing to brag about but not really down to the lowest level. She can take care of herself and holds her own with Eric at times.
Overall, I'd still rate this a three. Just like Kingston since I was still able to finish the book and not feel that it was a waste of time
